How do I book a conversation?

What is the contact form for?

What does an audit cost?
Every business is different, so we do not offer standard flat-rate prices. Company size, number of locations and the questions you want to address determine the scope and effort of the audit. After the introductory conversation, we prepare an individual proposal on that basis.
How long until something is in production?
The first use cases usually go live during the Foundation, within the first 90 days. Depending on your starting point and available IT capacity, they may go live later. We agree the timeline with you and continue developing in three-month sprints. Our framework allows nine to eighteen months for independent development. Recovering the total investment may take a year or longer. A positive ROI after six months is possible, but should not be a planning assumption.
Do you work with our existing service providers?
Yes, explicitly. We provide architecture, audits and implementation oversight. Your existing contracts and partners stay where they work — we are not a delivery shop and we do not scale through headcount.
Are you vendor-independent?
Yes. We take no commissions from vendors and hold no sales partnerships. That is precisely why we can also tell you what not to buy.
What size of company benefits from this?
The filter is not headcount, it is leverage. There has to be enough process volume for a use case to generate more than €10,000 in annual value, and a decision-maker with the authority to act independently.
What happens after the engagement?
The organisation develops further on its own. We stay reachable for strategic discussions and specialist questions, with gradually less involvement. Our measure of success is that you no longer need us.
