Do we need an audit or a proof of concept first?
When objectives, data access or ownership are unclear, an audit establishes the foundation. A proof of concept is useful when a specific technical assumption needs testing. Your open decision determines the appropriate next step.
How does AI readiness differ from change readiness?
AI readiness includes data, infrastructure and software. Change readiness considers whether leadership, roles and teams can carry the change. AI SHIFT assesses both together because a technical solution alone does not create effective adoption.
Does the audit guarantee a particular ROI?
No. The business case makes benefit assumptions, costs and prerequisites explicit. It supports prioritisation. Results also depend on implementation, data access and actual adoption.
Can our existing IT partners handle implementation?
